Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened and unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used products
• Items purchased on final sale

How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at INFO@KANTHIA.COM with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on where to send your item.

Refunds & Exchanges Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose either:

• A full refund to your original payment method (processed within 5–10 business days), or
• An exchange for another item of equal value.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at INFO@KANTHIA.COM and we will make it right at no cost to you.
