PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

KANTHIA offers subscription purchase options that allow customers to receive eligible products on a recurring basis. This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how KANTHIA subscriptions, recurring charges, modifications, and cancellations work.

By enrolling in a KANTHIA subscription, you agree to the subscription terms presented at checkout and authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until your subscription is canceled.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

When you purchase an eligible KANTHIA product through a subscription, your order will automatically renew according to the delivery frequency selected at the time of purchase.

Your selected payment method will be automatically charged for each recurring order unless you cancel your subscription before the applicable order is processed.

The price, delivery frequency, subscription discount, and other applicable details will be displayed before you complete your initial subscription purchase.

AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

KANTHIA subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.

By starting a subscription, you authorize KANTHIA and its payment providers to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring order, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current billing, payment, and shipping information.

CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You may cancel your KANTHIA subscription at any time.

To prevent your next recurring order from being charged and processed, your cancellation must be completed before the next scheduled order is processed.

You may cancel your subscription through your customer account or subscription management page, where available.

If you need assistance, you may also submit a cancellation request through the Contact Us form on the KANTHIA website.

Once your cancellation has been successfully completed, you will not be charged for future subscription orders associated with the canceled subscription.

ORDERS ALREADY PROCESSED

Canceling your subscription does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed.

If your recurring order has already been charged, entered fulfillment, or shipped before your subscription cancellation was completed, that order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Any return or refund request for an order that has already been processed will be governed by the KANTHIA Return and Refund Policy.

SKIPPING, PAUSING, OR MODIFYING ORDERS

Where available through your subscription management page, you may be able to:

• Skip an upcoming delivery

• Pause your subscription

• Change your delivery frequency

• Modify eligible products or quantities

• Update your shipping address

• Update your payment method

• Cancel your subscription

Any changes should be completed before your next recurring order is processed.

Changes made after an order has entered processing may apply only to future subscription orders.

SUBSCRIPTION PRICING & DISCOUNTS

Subscription pricing and any applicable subscription discount will be displayed when you enroll.

Subscription discounts apply only while the applicable subscription remains active and eligible.

If you cancel your subscription and later purchase the same product as a one-time purchase, the subscription discount will not apply unless otherwise stated.

KANTHIA may change subscription pricing or discounts from time to time. When required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice before a material change applies to future recurring charges.

PAYMENT FAILURES

If your recurring payment cannot be successfully processed, KANTHIA or our payment provider may attempt to process the payment again.

Your subscription may be paused, suspended, or canceled if payment cannot be successfully completed.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

OUT-OF-STOCK OR DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS

If a subscription product becomes temporarily unavailable, your upcoming shipment may be delayed, skipped, or otherwise adjusted.

If a subscribed product is permanently discontinued, KANTHIA may cancel the affected subscription.

You will not be charged for a recurring order that KANTHIA cancels before fulfillment.

CANCELLATION BY KANTHIA

KANTHIA reserves the right to suspend or cancel a subscription for legitimate reasons, including payment failure, product discontinuation, inventory limitations, suspected fraud, abuse of subscription discounts or promotions, violations of our Terms of Service, or applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

If KANTHIA cancels your subscription, future recurring charges associated with that subscription will stop.

REFUNDS

Canceling a subscription stops future eligible recurring charges. It does not automatically entitle you to a refund for previous orders or an order that has already been processed.

Returns and refunds are governed by the KANTHIA Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
